Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving expansion revenue within complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Familiarity with value-based selling or consultative frameworks
  • Background in working with technical products or data-rich platforms
