Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving expansion revenue within complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Familiarity with value-based selling or consultative frameworks
- Background in working with technical products or data-rich platforms
