Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop retention and growth strategies for existing accounts
- Serve as the technical point of contact for high-value customers and guide best practices
- Engage proactively in customer planning sessions and partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- 5+ years supporting enterprise deployments
- Knowledge of cloud and web-related technologies, with proficiency in cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc.) and basic scripting languages (Python, Ruby)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred
