Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in account management or a customer-facing sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion sales quotas
  • Experience managing relationships with technical audiences, such as CPOs and senior IT leaders
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage forecasts and performance metrics
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
