A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on pixel and tag deployment, oversee client tracking tag management, and conduct quality assurance for pixel implementations
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Offer technical assistance with HTML5 creative troubleshooting and execute limited web development projects
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience with DSPs and tracking tag implementation
- 1-2+ years of hands-on web development experience, including HTML and JavaScript
- 2-3+ years of experience with website data layer setup and troubleshooting
- Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative manner
- Familiarity with HTTP proxy and monitoring tools
