Key Responsibilities
- Understand the value proposition of solutions and integrate training into customer workflows
- Provide insights to link usage and economic value, driving product adoption
- Develop and maintain adoption programs while delivering hands-on training to user groups
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in account management, client service, or project management
- Experience with executive engagements and presenting to C-Suite leaders
- Familiarity with product development and release practices for enterprise customers
- Experience managing renewals and overall account success
- Understanding of common support and incident management procedures
