A company is looking for a Community Client Manager FS.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify revenue opportunities
- Consult with clients to optimize check program performance and align solutions with customer needs
- Develop account plans and strategies to meet goals while providing market feedback and insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with 3 years of experience, or HS/GED with 7 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience with community-sized financial institutions up to $1 billion in assets
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Accountability for actions, progress, and results
