Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with business units and customers to negotiate and draft contracts
- Works with sales teams to prepare complex responses for proposals and contract modifications
- Provides guidance on contractual rights and obligations to account management and leadership
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Legal, Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field with relevant experience
- 8-10+ years of experience in technology contracting, including negotiations and risk mitigation
- 5+ years of post-award contract management support
- Experience leading global multi-service deals over $20 million
- Ability to use or learn collaboration and CLM tools
