Key Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and utilization by identifying opportunities within customer business processes
- Develop strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and proactive support mechanisms
- Conduct technical enablement sessions and collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical account management role
- Familiarity with programming languages such as .NET, Java, or PowerShell
- Previous experience with RPA platforms and knowledge of cloud technologies
- RPA certifications preferred or a strong desire to obtain them
