Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers and Directors to achieve key performance objectives
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client inquiries and ensure timely delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related experience in a health or healthcare field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client success or account management roles
- At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven track record in driving client satisfaction and retention in a B2B healthcare environment
- Experience with enterprise clients and complex sales cycles is a plus
