A company is looking for a Professional Liability Account Manager to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing an existing book of business
- Ensure compliance with audit and performance standards and provide timely follow-up to client inquiries
- Prepare client bills, invoices, and proposals, and support the end-to-end client service process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Insurance Producer license in good standing with appropriate state authorizations
- 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines department at an agency or company level (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the targeted industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
- Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
