Insurance Producer Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Liability Account Manager to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing an existing book of business
• Ensure compliance with audit and performance standards and provide timely follow-up to client inquiries
• Prepare client bills, invoices, and proposals, and support the end-to-end client service process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Insurance Producer license in good standing with appropriate state authorizations
• 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines department at an agency or company level (preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the targeted industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
• Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
