A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive client success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to support revenue growth
- Drive contract renewals and long-term retention by building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and contribute to achieving sales and retention targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, including upselling
- Experience working with CRMs, including Salesforce and Hubspot
- Strong MS Office skills, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint
