Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President Client Engagement (Payer Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans for a portfolio of strategic clients to drive retention, expansion, and cross-/upselling
- Act as the primary executive liaison for senior management stakeholders, conducting impactful quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions
- Build and optimize processes for the Client Engagement team, proactively identifying and resolving client risks
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, or Business Development with a track record of revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and payer dynamics, with experience in risk adjustment or quality segments preferred
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building structures and processes from scratch
- Strong leadership experience in mentoring and scaling Customer Success organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA highly preferred
