Remote Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Account Representative to manage patient accounts and ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on accounts to ensure timely resolution
• Follow up on claim submissions and review remittances for insurance collections
• Interact with insurance plans, patients, physicians, attorneys, and team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
• Basic knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance
