Client Delivery Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client implementations and partner with the Service Delivery organization to resolve issues
• Ensure successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services while meeting performance and quality standards
• Provide operational and risk management strategies across accounts and adapt them for service delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in interpreting complex business requirements to design client solutions
• Proven ability to establish credibility with clients as a senior thought partner
• Experience in contract and account governance
