Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- Exceptional relationship-building and executive presence
- Ability to identify business drivers and translate them into actionable plans
- Experience working with AI, CX, or transformative enterprise tech platforms is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings
