Key Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for account management and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in account management or client success, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing client accounts and driving retention and growth, particularly in SaaS or fundraising software
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Experience in managing high-touch accounts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics for performance improvement
