Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing multiple accounts and ensuring high-quality service
- Review existing policies and recommend personalized coverage options
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance client protection
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years as an Account Manager
- Possession of a valid state P&C (Property & Casualty) Agent's License
- College degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
