Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to enhance customer success in cloud financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and prioritize customer feature requests into product feature requests
- Own the adoption, implementation, and enablement of the platform for customers
- Build trust with customers through deep knowledge and effective communication
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or post-sales technical account manager role
- Understanding of cloud financial management topics and major cloud service providers
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers is a plus
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or strong interest in FinOps
- Ability to work remotely within the Continental USA time zone
