Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager II for Ambulatory Pharmacy & HGS Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful completion of project milestones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer engagements and communicate customer needs effectively
- Provide project management support for various customer engagements, ensuring deliverables are met
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of five (5) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading projects
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to manage engagements with external team members, including customers and vendors
