Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to build long-term relationships with customers and support their success in using cloud technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and design tailored infrastructure architectures for customers
- Manage key accounts to drive engagement, retention, and growth of customer deployments
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to address needs and challenges
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and knowledge of Linux and distributed systems
- Programming experience in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go)
- Familiarity with provisioning tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
- Experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles is a plus
