- Native or professional proficiency in Slovak/Czech and English; additional language (German) is a plus
- Prior remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat)
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and building relationships
- Ability to simplify complex topics for clients
- Proactive communication and strong organizational skills
