Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Provider Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and contract with behavioral health Outpatient Clinicians to ensure network adequacy for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Negotiate provider rate increases and manage contracting tasks for network maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet network and contracting goals and communicate status updates effectively

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 1+ years of related experience in contracting
• 2+ years in Provider contracting with knowledge of contract language and reimbursement methodologies
• 1+ years of experience in fee schedule development and financial modeling
• 1+ years of experience in performing network adequacy analysis
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation
