Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for their Product Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Ad Operations and Trafficking for advertiser and publisher campaigns, ensuring measurement fidelity
- Troubleshoot and QA for live trackers, defining processes to automate workflows in collaboration with Product & Engineering teams
- Support integrations with new publishers and partners, including debugging JavaScript & HTML
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets
- Familiarity with troubleshooting JavaScript in the context of ad tags or tracking pixels
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
