Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Global Account Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for key Workforce Mental Health customers
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on international activities and customer meetings
- Identify and monitor risks while developing strategies for customer retention and portfolio growth
Required Qualifications
- Suitable qualification in business, psychology, or a similar field
- More than 5 years of customer success experience, ideally within an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) setting
- International experience is highly desirable
- Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a collaborative manner
- Strong project management skills and experience working on cross-functional teams
