Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Strategist to build and maintain client relationships with Fortune 500 brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders through consultative communication
- Manage day-to-day client communication regarding campaigns and serve as a liaison between internal teams
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and provide clients with campaign reporting and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, or related media field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, shopper marketing, or agency roles
- Experience in relationship management or client service roles preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of the CPG and Shopper Marketing industry at key retailers
