- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, partner success, or account management roles
- Prior start-up experience required
- Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data for informed decision-making
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software
