Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to ensure customer success with their technical and business goals using Sentinel products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the long-term delivery and use of Sentinel products and services for assigned customers
- Conduct regular health checks and reviews of customer environments to ensure satisfaction and meet Service Level Agreements
- Resolve technical issues, communicate with internal teams, and provide regular updates to customers until resolution
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer interaction and account management in a technical environment
- Programming experience with languages such as C, C++, C#, .NET, or Java
- Experience working with large multinational organizations
- Ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining composure under stress
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and customer-focused approach
