A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management to lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, motivate, and empower the team to achieve business results and customer goals
- Own team-level growth targets, customer spend retention, and contract renewals while implementing operational forecasting
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex situations to ensure successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of people leadership experience in Account Management, Sales, or Account Executive teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and strong business acumen
- Experience in Staffing/Contingent workforce, HR tech, or SaaS business models is a plus
- Strong data-driven problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Strong sense of ownership and resilience, with a proactive approach to challenges
