Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Enterprise-level clients, providing guidance on product usage and best practices
- Lead renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
- Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering strategic recommendations based on client performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS or client-facing environment
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Jira
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-user clients in a B2B setting
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
