Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale client communication and day-to-day account oversight for Self-Service clients
- Develop expert knowledge of the marketing platform and provide training to clients for campaign success
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and share client feedback for platform improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in Ad Tech or Digital Media
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and technical market standards
- Prior programmatic trading experience within an agency or third-party trade desk
- Experience managing multiple projects and accounts effectively
- Ability to mentor junior team members
