Key Responsibilities
- Oversees client operations and administration support, resolving complex operational issues
- Analyzes data to develop servicing agreements and negotiates operational requirements
- Communicates with clients and service providers to ensure high-quality service and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge and experience with NQDC preferred
- Advanced Excel experience preferred
