Job Summary

A company is looking for a CLO Client Administrator III to lead trust and entity administration for high net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client relationships and make recommendations for trust account administration
  • Assist senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities and manage client strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and enhancing the client experience


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience with direct client contact, or a combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or work experience
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Experience in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and internal partners
  • Self-confidence and strong analytical ability
