Job Summary
A company is looking for a CLO Client Administrator III to lead trust and entity administration for high net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client relationships and make recommendations for trust account administration
- Assist senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities and manage client strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and enhancing the client experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience with direct client contact, or a combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or work experience
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Experience in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and internal partners
- Self-confidence and strong analytical ability
