A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess Renewals Opportunities and prepare pricing and quotes for renewals
- Provide back-office administration support for the Global Renewals organization
- Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and assist with contract/SOW preparation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with Business Intelligence tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Order Management systems
