Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager II - SP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
- Work with partners to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and partner adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, or Channel Sales roles
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Passion for working in the partner community and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
- Strong bias to action with an ability to execute efficiently and effectively
