- Oversee onboarding and implementation of new health plan partners, ensuring ongoing customer support and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver analytics, reporting, and presentations that demonstrate program value and outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree required; MHA or MBA preferred
- Deep knowledge of healthcare and managed care administration
- Experience managing complex relationships with health plans at senior levels
- 12+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility
- Contract administration and management experience
