Senior Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up activities on accounts, including resolving claims and disputed balances
• Assist in training new or existing staff and provide support for team members
• Research accounts using various resources and maintain productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2-5 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related collections
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Intermediate knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and terminology
• Minimum typing requirement of 45 words per minute
