Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client servicing and advocate for client needs to improve service and revenue
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the main operational point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry
- Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project Management experience is preferred
