Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a lending institution
- Strong understanding of small business financials, including income statements and balance sheets
- General knowledge of commercial or small business credit, preferably in a mission-based or SBA loan department
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
