A company is looking for a National Account Manager to oversee operational performance strategy and execution for clients with 5,000+ employee lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support net medical membership growth, profitability, and persistency objectives through effective service oversight and account management strategies
- Collaborate with Advocacy partners on benefit and service strategies to enhance customer and client experience
- Develop and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with clients and consultants while leveraging company capabilities to differentiate from competitors
Required Qualifications
- College degree or 5+ years of equivalent related experience
- 3+ years in healthcare/managed care business, including product knowledge and account management
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with the ability to drive priorities and results
- Ability to foster strong working relationships and demonstrate leadership in a matrixed environment
- Must obtain necessary licenses
