Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify and partner with the sales organization to pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services
- Monitor active projects, collaborate with internal teams, and facilitate communication to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the software development or IT consulting industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing client accounts
- Strong understanding of custom software development lifecycles and methodologies
- Proficiency with Salesforce
