Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and architecture design tailored to customer needs
- Manage key accounts, driving customer engagement, retention, and growth
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and deep knowledge of Linux and distributed systems
- Programming or development experience with skills in at least one mainstream language
- Familiarity with provisioning tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
- Experience in Technical Account Management or related roles is preferred
