A company is looking for a Client Account Manager to maintain and grow business relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key clients across various industries and create value through regular touch points
- Achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals by maintaining high renewal rates and meeting upsell targets
- Provide reporting and insights to ensure clients see the value and success of the program
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS sales to large enterprises
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Ability to travel in non-pandemic times
- Experience with information security and online privacy is a plus
