A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to oversee multiple campaigns across different pharmaceutical companies and therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for pharmaceutical and agency partners, managing campaigns from kickoff to completion
- Ensure clear communication with internal teams and maintain up-to-date documentation for client campaigns
- Track campaign progress and client KPIs, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed on time
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar environment
- Experience crafting campaigns in the HCP space or DTC to meet client goals
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and autonomous worker with a history of meeting tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to once per quarter for team meetings
