Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Account Management experience in SaaS or the CX space
- Experience selling in the Contact Center industry
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience in solution selling, particularly to existing accounts
- Ability to effectively engage with C-Level executives and adapt communication styles
