Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize service scopes, project timelines, and cost estimates
- Serve as the operational liaison between Sales, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services
- Monitor service pipeline activity and support process improvements for proposal delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in professional services coordination, sales operations, or project support within SaaS or consulting
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with PSA tools (preferably NetSuite) and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones in a global environment
