- Negotiate renewal terms and collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth
- Assess customer health and accurately forecast revenue risks
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing renewals in a SaaS environment
- 5+ years of customer management or sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Strong commercial and technical aptitude
- Experience navigating contracts and legal discussions with various stakeholders
