Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution II representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies and assist with the denial appeals process
  • Maintain data on denied claims and collaborate with team members for process improvement
  • Provide feedback to management regarding denial reasons and assist in training new employees


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of collection experience or experience with a Hospital Information System
  • Less than 1 year of experience as an Account Resolution I or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment and manage multiple priorities
