A company is looking for an Account Resolution II representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies and assist with the denial appeals process
- Maintain data on denied claims and collaborate with team members for process improvement
- Provide feedback to management regarding denial reasons and assist in training new employees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of collection experience or experience with a Hospital Information System
- Less than 1 year of experience as an Account Resolution I or equivalent
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment and manage multiple priorities
