Required Qualifications

- Proven track record in client retention and growth in a scaling agency environment
- Experience managing a high-performing team of 8+ members
- Familiarity with P&L oversight, including margin improvement and forecasting
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex conversations
