- Manage executive-level relationships and oversee financial performance and operational delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in partner success, strategic account management, or business operations
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on building high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing financial performance and partner-level P&L
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
