Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager for the FACTS Grant & Aid/Scholarship Granting Organization (G&A/SGO) Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support and lead implementation for the G&A solution tailored to Scholarship Granting Organizations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service
- Manage escalated client issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years in a customer service or account management role preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with integrated AI tools for optimizing workflows and client interactions
- Extensive understanding of the FACTS Grant & Aid solution
